On the 11th of October, the NW Musikon presented their very first Symphony in Style at the Rio Casino Resort in Klerksdorp. A glamorous evening where audience members dawned their finest evening gowns, while enjoying the sounds of the NWM Symphony Orchestra & soloists.
The highlight of the evening was Lebogang Polori, who left audience members gagged with her interpretation of Rossini’s Cruda Sorta. If that wasn’t enough, our very own meastro, Itumeleng Pooe, nearly brought the house to tears in his rendition of the famous “What a wonderful world”.
This was truly an evening to remember.
